Our bbq spit is a stainless rotisserie on wheels which is ideal for large gatherings or functions for cooking whole butts of meat, whole pigs or lamb etc.

You can also fit STD size bbq cooking grills and plates and use it as a large charcoal bbq.

PIZZA OVENS:

Disegno Carbone Pty Ltd is the only N.S.W & QLD agent for Mediterranean wood fired ovens & Amalfi D.I.Y oven kits.

They can be incorporated in to your own built in area, or you can build them on a purpose built mobile stand, which is ideal to move around to different parts of your property.
